I’m an engineering-led technology leader focused on the safe delivery of complex systems—stability, controls, and measurable outcomes.

I’ve spent 30+ years building and leading teams that ship software in high-consequence environments. I wrote my first computer program at age 11, and I’ve been obsessed with how disciplined engineering turns complexity into something reliable ever since.

I’m known for taking ambiguous, high-risk situations and turning them into executable plans with realistic timelines: align stakeholders, establish the operating rhythm, and deliver with discipline (testing, automation, and governance).

Just as importantly, I’m effective in the room when the pressure is high—calming senior stakeholders, earning credibility quickly, and keeping delivery moving at pace with clear decisions, transparent tradeoffs, and measurable progress.

What matters to me: practical engineering, integrity, and building systems that teams can run with confidence.
